Sporting Life
Although, injuries permitting, Giovanni Trapattoni will name the same squad of 22 which travelled to Norway, for the upcoming games against Georgia and Montenegro, a number of additional players have already been put on stand-by, including goalkeeper Joe Murphy (Scunthorpe United), Paul McShane (Sunderland), Darren Potter (Wolves), Kevin Foley (Wolves) and Lee Carsley (Birmingham City).
Irish Examiner
