Iron striker Geoff Horsfield was replaced with a hamstring injury early in the second-half of Scunthorpe's defeat to Stoke City.

The on-loan Sheffield United forward was replaced by Paul Hayes on 51 minutes.

At that time, United were two up but the hosts hit back and scored three goals in quick succession to seal the win.

Manager Nigel Adkins says he is hopeful the 34-year-old will be available on Tuesday for the trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers though.
