As the pre-season matches approach, www.scunthorpe-united.co.uk and its Iron World service are on the look-out for a confident individual who can become part of our media team on our Thursday press day and on a matchday.

You will be given the chance to interview the Iron's stars and management, as well as getting written work published.

In addition, you will be able to get into games for free - sampling life in the press box on a matchday and gaining some invaluable experience as well as contacts in an industry where those two things matter hugely.

The individual will not only need to be outgoing and reliable, but also have good writing and interviewing skills.
