Anyone wishing to enter can see Harold and Colin in the Iron Bar, e-mail to press@suosc.co.uk or contact any committee members around the ground. Also, thanks to all the committee members who have helped out on the pitch at half-time. Today's referees are Nathan Smith and Adrian Bromby
We would like to thank Adrian Garner of Garners Pharmacy, Frodingham Road Scunthorpe for kindly agreeing to sponsor this competition, which is now in its third season.
MEMBERSHIP
The membership scheme is now open, and we now have 149 members. Members will be entitled to a free Championship Guide and a polo shirt. These are now been sent out to members. Anyone who hasn't told us their shirt size can e-mail it to membership@suosc.co.uk
Membership forms can be picked up from the Iron Bar on match days or downloaded from the website at www.suosc.co.uk
STAGECOACH SERVICE
In conjunction with Stagecoach, we have arranged for a bus service to take supporters away from Glanford Park. This experimental scheme will run for the first four home Saturday League games of the season. The cost is £2 for adults and £1 for children. The route goes from Glanford Park, at 17:05 and takes in Westcliffe, Riddings, Bottesford, Ashby, Old Brumby and into town.
We are urging fans to use this service as it will help avoid congestion around Glanford Park, as well as helping the environment.
COMMITTEE CHANGES
Since the AGM we have had the following changes to the Committee.
Ann Root has now left the committee, although she continues to work hard on our behalf. Ann has served SUOSC for three years and we would like to thank her for all her hard work over that time.
Joining the Committee are Adrian Bromby, Arthur Pugsley and John Dobbs.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
We would like to wish the following SUOSC members a very happy birthday:
Bryan Thomas 52, Helen Blackwell 34, Naomi Cave 16, Clive Skelton 56
