WELCOME
We would like to welcome our two recent loan signings to Glanford Park - firstly to Shaleum Logan from Manchester City who made his debut at Blackpool, and secondly to Tomi Ameobi who has arrived this week from Leeds. We wish both of them a happy and successful stay at the Club.

RACE NIGHT
Last Friday night, SUOSC held a Race Night at the Black Beauty in Bottesford. We would like to thank everyone who attended and also to Tony C and Rick from the Black Beauty for their help on the night. Also a big thank you must go to our sponsors, DBS Ltd and Graham Godson Builders.
A total of £129 was raised for club funds.

COACH TRAVEL
SUOSC will be running a coach to Coventry on Tuesday 27th November. Departure times are: Priory Hotel 3 pm, Railway Station 3:15 pm and the Berkeley at 3:30 pm (please note these are different to originally published). Prices are members £13, non-members £14.
We are also running a coach to Plymouth; the cost is £20 for members, £21 non-members. Departure times are: Priory Hotel 5:30 am, Railway Station 5:45 am, Berkeley Hotel 6:00 am. We are hopeful of obtaining a coach which is fully fitted out with a kitchen so we can serve bacon sandwiches on the journey.
We are also running a coach to Ipswich on December 15th; further details will appear in the Blackpool programme.
Looking ahead to Christmas, we will be running coaches to both Preston and West Bromwich Albion. The prices for members are £14 and £15 respectively for members. Any member booking for both games will get a reduced price of £25 for the two games.
To book your seat see any Committee Member in the Iron Bar or round the ground, e-mail travel@suosc.co.uk, or call Brian on 07767 256 465
Please note that we require at least a 50% deposit to secure your seat. This is because we have to pay for the coach 10 days in advance. Thanks for your co-operation
We would like to thank JB Vending of Bottesford for supplying the hot drinks served on the coach.

CROSSBAR CHALLENGE
The prize fund for today's game stands at £150. Anyone who would like to enter should see Harold and Colin in the Iron Bar, e-mail to press@suosc.co.uk or contact any Committee Members around the ground. Also, thanks to all the Committee Members who have helped out on the pitch at half time.
We would like to thank Adrian Garner of Garners Pharmacy, Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe for kindly agreeing to sponsor this competition , which is now in its third season.

MEMBERSHIP
The membership scheme is now open - we now have 176 members. Members will be entitled to a free Championship Guide and a polo shirt. These are now been sent out to members. Anyone who hasn't told us their shirt size can e-mail it to membership@suosc.co.uk
Membership forms can be picked up from the Iron Bar on match days or downloaded from the website at www.suosc.co.uk
The offer of a polo shirt is open until DECEMBER 31st. After that date, membership will be reduced to £5, but no polo shirt will be offered with membership.

CHILDRENS T-SHIRTS
We have a small number of children's T-shirts for sale. There are various sizes, ranging from 7 years up to 15 years. They are on sale in the Iron Bar after the game at £6 each. They would make ideal stocking fillers for Christmas!

USE IT OR LOSE IT
Stagecoach will continue to run the after-match bus service from Glanford Park to town until the end of the year. We need fans to support this venture or we risk losing the service. The most passengers carried has been 44, but the Crystal Palace game saw only 18 passengers use this service, which is not enough to sustain it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
We would like to wish the following members Happy Birthday:
Andrew Thorpe 41, Steven Chaplin 42, Michael Clark 60, Brian Pike 73, Colin Smith 71, Laurence Quinn 52, Abi James 19, Thomas Moore 16, Jackie Eldred 49, Karen Hopper 43.
