COACH TRAVEL
We had an enjoyable trip to Burnley last Saturday; it was just a shame about the result. The winners of our "Prediction Competition" were Karen Lee (she's getting too good at this) who won £10, and "Gooner" Kev Rudge, who won £5 (who's putting the money towards a new pair of shorts).
We still have some seats on our second coach for the Sheffield United game on Saturday 9th, February.
The coach fare is £8 for S.U.O.S.C members and £9 for non-members. The coaches will leave the Priory Hotel at 12:00pm, the Railway Station 12:15pm, and Berkeley Hotel 12:30pm. Please contact Brian on 07767256465 or see him before the match in the Iron Bar where, if you want, you can buy him a drink as well as book seats!
Did you know we accept late seat bookings? Just as we were just leaving the Railway Station on Saturday for Burnley, someone rang me for a seat and we managed to meet up with him at the Berkeley Hotel.
Many thanks must go to the Wilfreda Beehive coach company for providing us with top class coaches and drivers.
Please note that we require at least a 50% deposit to secure your seat. This is because we have to pay for the coach 10 days in advance.
